As General Counsel and Vice President of Weston Title & Escrow, Geoffrey Sherman oversees the day to day operations of Weston Title and frequently assists and provides legal advice to Weston Title on various matters related to residential closings, commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, contract interpretation, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Geoffrey works closely with local real estate developers to ensure that their real estate projects such as Botanica and Metropica close seamlessly upon obtaining their certificates of occupancy.

Geoffrey Sherman is also a real estate attorney and partner of Oppenheim Law, Weston Title’s sister company.

In 2020, Geoffrey was appointed by the Florida Department of State to be a Florida Remote Online Notary Public.  As a Remote Online Notary Public,  he performs virtual real estate closings throughout the world, including Canada, Mexico, South America, United Kingdom, Spain, Dubai, Egypt, and many more.
