Weston Title & Escrow Announces Closing of Construction Loan for Hallandale Yacht Club. Hallandale Beach luxury condo project going up on last available lot near Intracoastal.

Weston, FL Weston Title & Escrow announced that it has just closed a $7.359 million dollar construction loan for Hallandale Yacht Club, a five story, 44-unit luxury condominium being built on the last remaining piece of property near the intracoastal waterway in Hallandale Beach. The Millennium Group, a commercial real estate company based in Weston headed by CEO Ignacio Martinez and President Noel Epelboim, is developing the project.

The Hallandale Yacht Club, located at 201 Golden Isles Drive, offers buyers several luxury amenities including granite countertops for kitchens and bathrooms, imported European-style kitchen cabinets, marble master baths, oversized pool and spa and private marina. Millennium began construction in March of last year. So far 30 units have been pre-sold. The project, valued at $16 million, is slated to be finished by June 2003.

Attorneys Roy Oppenheim and Bill McCarty of the Oppenheim Pilelsky Law Firm represented The Millennium Group in obtaining the construction loan from Commerce Bank, N.A. Weston Title has represented Millennium in several other commercial real estate projects including Millennium Plaza at Parkland, a 62, 000 square feet shopping center under construction in Parkland, Florida; and Millennium Plaza at Weston, an upscale retail/office complex in Weston.
